20 children from across school are taking part in a boxercise class on Friday afternoon. Boxercise incorporates boxing combinations and exercise. It's great for younger children to learn how to co-ordinate their hands. Children  start by learning the basic punches, as they progress they learn footwork, evasions, blocks and counter moves.

" I enjoyed learning the boxing moves. we started with guard then we punched the pads and went back to guard" Fareeza (Reception)
